Our Message to Our Patients Regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus):

We would like to give you an update regarding our practice policies as they relate to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).  In accordance with guidance from the North Carolina Dept. of Health and Human Services, Preston Dermatology + Skin Surgery Center has resumed operation of all procedures – medical, surgical, and cosmetic/elective.  We will continue to provide in-clinic patient care to healthy patients only.  We are currently offering in-office as well as virtual (telehealth) cosmetic/esthetic consultations.

It is our standard protocol to sanitize all surfaces of our patient rooms and operating room with medical grade cleaner before and after every single patient treatment.  In addition, we frequently wipe down all surfaces in our lobby, restrooms, and throughout all of our office areas during our hours of operation, and our suite is professionally cleaned and sanitized each night.

In order to maintain wellness among our staff and patients, we require that any staff member or patient who is not feeling well, experiencing symptoms of any kind, or a recent fever, please remain home. COVID-19 symptoms share common symptoms of the flu and other viruses, so it’s not safe to make any assumptions. There will be no fee to reschedule your appointment. If a staff member who is scheduled to provide your service(s) becomes ill, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.

Thank you for your support in our initiative to keep our staff and patients healthy! If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Dr. Sheel Desai Solomon and Staff – (919) 388-9103
