Copayments and Deductibles

All copayments, deductibles, and co-insurance amounts are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards for your convenience.

Insurance Billing

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file claims with your insurance provider. However, please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for any charges not covered by your plan.

Self-Pay Patients

For patients without insurance coverage, we offer a discounted self-pay rate. Payment in full is expected at the time of service.
