Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time slot to another patient who may require care.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit to ensure all patients are seen on time.

Prescription Refills

Please allow up to 48 hours for prescription refill requests to be processed. We recommend contacting your pharmacy directly to initiate the refill request.
